I'm on Send A Smile...

I've opened a store up at Send A Smile... you can print my designs, or your own. It's a trial to see if this sort of thing can generate any income at all - I'm a bit dubious because it seem these days everyone thinks they can open a shop and start selling their stuff (including me!), so watch this space. Send A Smile is available in the UK, USA and the Netherlands, and so far, the competition on there seems to be quite nice work.

Vocal for Illustration Friday

Here's this weeks Illustration Friday entry... hand drawn as usual, and coloured in Photoshop. I'm trying to distill down my use of colour, and also pick colours that are a bit more unusual too. I think maybe whats in my head is to be able to reproduce my style on our Gocco printer when it arrives from Australia...

Today's illustration is 'Because' - a sign of the amount of crap I seem to be pumping into my body at this time. Whilst I don't eat many burgers here in Campbeltown (mainly due to the fact that there isn't anywhere to actually buy them), I am shovelling way too many peanuts, chocolate biscuits, and cream cakes down my gullet.

After finding a Go-Kart with 3 wheels, me and Rhett decided to fix it. Or rather, break it more. It's off to landfill tomorrow. But we did have fun trying to fix it up.
